CREATING ACCOUNTS

A child or adult must have an account to register for any sports programs or adult volunteer opportunity. TeamSideline works with one adult account as a primary account and all associated accounts (players/other adults) can all be accessed under this primary account. Follow the steps below to create both player and parent accounts.

CREATE A PARENT ACCOUNT

  • Click "Sign In" in the upper lefthand corner of the menu bar.
  • Under the password box, click on "First time signing in to this site?  Create a new account."
  • Click Sign up. This will take you to the next page. The process is not yet finished.

CREATE PLAYER/ADDITIONAL ADULT ACCOUNTS

  • At this point, you can add a child (or children) and/or additional parents in the household. 
  • Click either the "Add Parent" or "Add Child" to buttons as needed. You will do this for each additional family member you want under the account.

COMPLETE ENROLLMENT

Once you have added any players (child) or adult family members, click the Enroll button located in the lower right hand corner of the screen. You will be able to come back later and add child or adult accounts.


REGISTER FOR A PROGRAM

From the main Club website. Click on any Register Now button or on the Register link at the top of any page. Select the program for which you wish to register and click the Register button. You will be presented with an enrollment form. The same form is used to enroll players in a program as well as adults in volunteer slots (such as coaches or referees).

1. Enroll a child as a player

  • Select the child's name from the Enrollee drop-down box.
  • Select Player from the Enrollment Type (if does not select by default when choosing a child)
  • Select the program, offering, and enrollment type from the remaining drop downs.
  • Click Add Enrollment. The enrollment information for that child is added to the Cart. You may add additional children/players (such as other siblings) or adult roles.

1. Enroll an adult as a volunteer 

  • Select the adult's name from the Enrollee drop-down box.
  • Select Volunteer from the Enrollment Type
  • Select the program, offering (divisions in the program for which you are volunteering), and enrollment type (volunteer opportunities available) from the remaining drop downs.
  • Click Add Enrollment. The volunteer information for that adult is added to the Cart. You may add additional children/players or adult roles.

A summary of the program/volunteer enrollments you have selected will appear in a table underneath the form. It will also display a running total of any registration fees that are involved.

When you have added all the enrollments you wish, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

2. Additional Information

Depending on the type of enrollment you've selected, you may be asked for additional information on the following page. The volunteer coach option, for example, asks you to indicate any previous coaching experience as well as sign off on parental/coaching expectations and a program waiver. 

3. Contact Information

On the final page, you will be asked to provide/update your contact information. Once you have filled this out, click the Place Order button.

As a final step, we strongly recommend parents to download the TeamSideline app from the App


VIEW TEAM & SCHEDULE INFO IN THE APP

The TeamSideline app is specifically for teams. 

You can use the mobile app to easily view schedules and team information for any teams that your child is a player on or for which you have a volunteer role. In the app, tap the Teams icon at the bottom menu to view the list of teams to which you have access.Tapping the team name will give you a variety of features for that team.

Tap the Emails icon to view any emails to your profile email address from the TeamSideline system.

The Calendar icon will give you a handy list of upcoming games, practices (if assigned), or other upcoming events for your teams.
